Violation of any user obligation set out in these terms may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate. All financial transactions on 24phfun are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved local payment methods including GCash, Maya, and selected local bank transfer channels. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction; these limits are subject to change without prior notice. All deposits must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name, and 24phfun reserves the right to refuse deposits or request additional verification where the source of funds cannot be confirmed. Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and may take up to five business days, though we aim to process all requests as quickly as possible.

In the event of account suspension, all pending bets and withdrawals may be frozen pending investigation. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balances attributable to fraudulent activity or terms violations may be forfeited in full, and 24phfun will not be obligated to pay out any associated winnings.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting our customer support team. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable withdrawal procedures and verification requirements. Self-exclusion requests are treated as a form of voluntary account closure and, once in effect, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant, and 24phfun reserves the right to apply an administrative fee or close such accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, of which users will be notified in advance by email or platform notification. Upon closure of an account, any promotional balances or loyalty points that have not been converted or withdrawn will be forfeited.

The 24phfun platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services, including payment processors, game content providers, and data feed suppliers. These third-party services operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, and 24phfun does not accept any responsibility or liability for the content, practices, or operations of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the applicable terms and policies of any third party before engaging with their services. 24phfun does not endorse any third-party products, services, or websites that may be referenced in connection with the platform.

In particular, payment service providers such as GCash and Maya are independent companies and their availability, processing times, and terms of service are subject to change independently of 24phfun. Any disputes arising from the use of a third-party payment service must be resolved directly with that provider. 24phfun will not be held liable for delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party systems or services, including network outages, payment gateway downtime, or data feed inaccuracies from sports data providers. We select our third-party partners carefully and require them to meet appropriate standards of service and security, but we cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of any third-party component of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, the platform, or any services provided by 24phfun shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days of either party raising the dispute in writing, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 24phfun from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm. If you have a complaint or concern about the platform or any service provided by 24phfun, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance, as many issues can be resolved quickly and informally. Our support team is available around the clock and will acknowledge your complaint promptly and work to reach a fair resolution as quickly as possible. For the avoidance of doubt, these terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or modified by contract.
